A Business Analysis thought leader passionate about People, Ideas and Technology with 10 years’ experience delivering and driving Business Analysis capability across digital transformation initiatives for leading international organisations in Airline and Aviation, Technology Consulting, Telecoms, and FinTech. Samuel has his roots in the African continent but is now based in Auckland New Zealand where he is a Chapter Lead for the Business Analysis Practice with Air New Zealand.

Daisy Matyatya is a dynamic Digital Operations Leader with over 12 years of experience in ICT, innovation, and digital transformation across the financial services and telecommunications sectors. A first-class graduate in both Executive MBA (ESAMI) and Information Systems (MSU), Daisy blends technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive impactful digital initiatives.
She has successfully led the launch of over 10 market-ready digital products, including e-commerce platforms, smart city solutions, and mobile wellness applications. Her certifications in Digital Transformation (Germany), Project Quality Assurance (UK), SCRUM, Kanban, and ITIL reflect her commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
